The earth is the Lord's and everything in it the world, and all who live in it not mine. Like the other night I'm watching Harry Potter the scene where Dobby rescues everyone but can't save himself because Bellatrix - whose name means "star" threw her knife at Dobby killed him. Hadley was 10 when she met Bellatrix so sure was she that Bellatrix was good or could be good "It's in the family," Hadley insisted. Bellatrix was Hadley's first heartbreak we spent a good long time on the couch after I read that scene I held Hadley's hand while she cried over a found star lost Eight years ago that happened and now Hadley's studying in the Law Quad library and I'm sitting on the couch crying for Dobby holding onto Hadley's heartache that is not my own She busts in the house and I wipe my face from tears "Have you seen it? Have you been there?" she asks me. "Yes, I took you once. Remember?" She and some friends wrapped in Ravenclaw and Gryffindor scarves holding their wands we tip-toed in snapped some pictures "I don't remember," she says then she tells me she and her high school friends stayed until they got kicked out "Because we're not Michigan Law Students," she laughs and continues, "We're not even Michigan students!" Hadley's eyes are shining like stars delighted from being somewhere magical
